Stopped in here for lunch today after hearing both my mom and aunt rave about the food. They were right! I loved the atmosphere when I entered; it felt relaxed and classy (but not like I needed to dress up in a suit). For starters the bread and herb butter was to die for. Upon reviewing the lunch menu I ordered the chicken parm. Holy cheese pull! The soft blanket of melted cheese that enshrouded my chicken cutlet made the whole experience that much more enjoyable (cheese pull video attached). Definitely will be coming back and trying their dinner menu and a cocktail next time.
We went to Carbone's for my birthday dinner. It was our first time but definitely not our last. Our servers Kendra and Kaylee were very helpful and all around just great servers. Drinks were perfect. We ordered Philly steak egg rolls( greasy but good) chicken pesto pizza.... (Absolutely amazing, crispy, sauce was perfect! ) And the stuffed portobello. I loved the dish but the mushroom was to vinegary for me. We also received a $20 off for our next visit just for celebrating my birthday there! Can't wait to try the rest of the menu!
The food was delicious! The ambiance was very chill, yet elegant. The service was impeccable! Our waitress, Lori, went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful experience!
This was our first time here. We were sat in a very comfortable booth in the bar/lounge area. Our server was friendly and attentive. We had the shrimp casino to start. It was pretty good. For dinner we split the lobster stuffed cod. The dish was obviously made to order and the spinach in the dish was so good. I loved the decor and venue. Really cool Italian place.
My family and I went to celebrate a birthday. The food was amazing from the Marsala tenderloin to the chicken parm. They have a great menu with something for everyone. They also have a great selection of gluten free options for dinner and dessert. The dining room is lovely inside. They accommodated our family of 7 with a table in the back room and it was nice and quiet. The service was amazing and our server was always checking on us. Each time I eat here the manager always comes around to make sure everything is going well. Top notch service! I love the family owned feeling and the fresh food! I look forward to our next meal here!
Awesome service from Paul and Jenn. Don't be fooled by the outside parking lot. Carbone's Kitchen inside is beautiful and a really nice upscale feel. Lunch menu veal cutlet sandwich was a step above any normal lunch sandwich. Perfect blend of flavors and senses. Would easily return here for lunch or dinner.

The house-made pasta, fresh ingredients, and rich flavors made every dish absolutely delicious. 🤌✨ We enjoyed so much amazing food — although we both secretly wanted dessert first! 😂🍰 My mom loved the crème brûlée, and I couldn’t resist the chocolate peanut butter cake with gelato. 🍮🍫🥜 The staff was warm, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. My stomach (and heart) are very happy! 😊💕
